Monin - Puree - Passionfruit

Monin's Passionfruit Puree is made in France from real fruit, designed for bars and galleys that want genuine tropical character without syrupy sweetness. It carries the fruit's natural acidity and seeds through to the glass, giving cocktails and mocktails proper depth rather than a one-note sugar hit.

Serve chilled at 8-10°C, stirred through daiquiris, margaritas or a simple passionfruit spritz. Equally useful in desserts and sauces where a concentrated, tart-sweet fruit hit is needed without adding extra liquid volume.
